Principal Services

Case Audit & Document Review

Best for people at the who want a clear path of where to go from here.

A focused, no-nonsense assessment of your situation. We’ll go over what you’ve got so far, identify what you are missing, and a clear direction of where to go to find it.

Here’s How it Works:

  1. As soon as I receive the request, I will set up a shared folder where you and I can share documents for review and feedback.

  2. First, you send me a summary of your situation, and the list of what specific documents you’ve got so far. I will review everything you send me in detail and line it up against the IRCC document requirements.

  3. Second, we schedule a 1-hour video call to walk through the details. I will identify what you have, what specifically you are still missing, and a roadmap of how to find it. You will leave with a practical plan to go forward.

Important to note…

I do not provide any legal representation, and nothing in my offering constitutes legal advice.

What I am not (and why that’s good news for you)…

I am not an immigration consultant or lawyer — and this process does not require one.

Canadian citizenship under Bill C-3 (December 2025) is not an immigration matter. It is the formal recognition of citizenship that already exists in law, and must simply be demonstrated through clear documentary evidence.

As a result, traditional immigration services are often an ill fit for this type of case — both in approach and in cost. They are trained and certified to handle immigration and naturalisation matters, which are not applicable here.

The work needed here is fundamentally evidentiary. It requires locating the right historical records, interpreting them correctly, and compiling a clear, coherent documentary packet that meets government standards. That is where I operate.

What I am…

I am a professionally trained researcher and historian, with 25+ years experience specialising in tracing, analysing, and interpreting historical and genealogical documents, and fluent in reading and translating historical French, Latin, and Italian.

I have personally gone through this process — for myself and my family — and have assisted others in recovering, interpreting, and compiling the vital records and genealogical evidence necessary to establish clear, demonstrable proof for their cases.

Obviously, neither I nor anyone else can guarantee a favourable outcome from the IRCC, and all final determinations of citizenship are the sole competence of the IRCC alone. What I can guarantee is that if you work with me you will be able to make your application with the best documentation available in your case, in the fastest amount of time possible, with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.
